I've been taking public transportation in Chicago for a while now, and I have to say that the CTA is a pretty good option. The trains and buses are usually on time, and the drivers are friendly. The fares are reasonable, and the website is easy to navigate. The only thing I don't like is how crowded it can get during peak hours. Overall, I would rate the CTA as great.
