I bought a used car from Pinegar and was told I would get my first two oil changes free. When I checked in for my first oil change I was told it would be 29.95 I explained the situation to them and after a bit they found a supervisor to approve the free oil change. I did not get the names of the two young ladies at the service desk who addressed my problem but I would like to thank them for their efforts.
