I had an average experience with Sandpointer Condominium Hoa, LLC. The staff was responsive to my inquiries and the overall maintenance of the property was satisfactory. However, I feel that some improvements could be made in terms of communication and resolving issues in a timely manner. Overall, it was a decent experience.
