I started the ordering process on March 12th. It s May 1st and I m still without my order. Delays with the art department, apparently even tho when they couldn t get the formatting done properly, I did it myself and sent them the image. I was told my product would be shipped on April 17, after all the delays. Again, it s May 1st. I reached out trying to get some assistance. After 3 business days I was contacted, asked 1 question, which I responded to same day, and haven t heard anything back since. That was 4 days ago. I m beyond disappointed with their service.

*Update*

I ve since canceled my order. Was told that I d receive a check via mail for the amount of my purchase. Apparently, their computer systems have changed and they can no longer refund my card. I ve yet to receive that money.

There was no retention process to try to save me as a customer. The best effort gown was Julia down below in her response. However, I don t know how to get ahold of her as she didn t leave me any contact information.
