It's a buffet and busy. Shellfish you need to hammer open and use your knife
Fried chicken over cooked and dry. Prime rib fatty and grizzly. As far as non seafood goes the ribs were the best. I guess you can't expect much for a buffet. On the positive side the waitress is very nice.
