I've literally been trying to apply through online...

I've literally been trying to apply through online application (that should take ten minutes) for nine hours. It keeps logging me out and I can't finish the form! Is this a test? Like, if I stick with it for maybe ten hours it will work and then CONGRATULATIONS you've been so patient, now you can proceed? This website is a joke, as is their phone system; it's not like I can complain or take the issue up with anyone. It's a trial of incompetence. It's so frustrating that it literally will ruin your whole day.

EDIT: I am now on day four of fiddling with this bullsh*t website and "help" phone line.
