I work for VCS all the sites. I find the staff to be dedicated professionals with a heart for the disabled. This is not a high paying profession and those who work in this field do it because it is their mission. Their trainings are thorough, timely and practical, presented in interesting and varied ways to facilitate every learning style. Staff training/probation periods help fit the right person to the right job. All of the homes are clean and well kept. The clients are clean, well fed, and active in community activities, outings with friends and families. It is a union job with rare good benefits & wages. I encourage anyone who wants to give back to the disabled to check out VCS for employment.
