Early check-in took a little while because they were swamped by a dart tournament but the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't ready yet so they found us another room instead. They apologized for the state of the hotel as they were upgrading it (if they didn't tell us I would've assumed that it was just a standard hotel). The only things I noticed that was not up to par was the ice machine on our floor was broken and the carpeting throughout the hotel was old. Very nice experience, would stay there again.
