I am a customer of Impacto - contabilidade e planejamento tributario and I must say that their services are average. They do a decent job of handling my company's accounting and tax planning. However, there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and communication. Overall, I would say they are an okay option, but there might be better alternatives out there.
