I had a mixed experience with Warps and Wefts LLC. While the customer service was satisfactory, the quality of their products was inconsistent. Some items met my expectations, but others were disappointing. The website was easy to navigate, but there could be more variety in their offerings. The delivery was on time, but the packaging could be improved. Overall, I would rate them as average.
