From start to finish the process could not have been any easier or gone more smoothly. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Joe steered me towards a couple of options, I test drove them and made my decision. The whole process from the minute I walked in the door until I signed papers took under 3 hours! Who knew purchasing a car could be so painless? When my vehicle arrived, Steve spent over 2 hours explaining all the bells, horns and whistles and assured me he wouldn't let me leave until I was comfortable . He also reassured me that at any time I could have a refresher course. The dealership is modern, immaculate and everyone went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier!
