Terrible customer service! I needed a part to repair my AC, So I called to find out if they had it. I read all of the numbers off of the part to the guy on the phone, he looked it up and said they had several in stock. So I drove all the way out there 40 minutes round trip - and they didn t have it. There were 2 guys at the counter, and when I protested that I had specifically called, one of them shrugged and said, well you didn t talk to me. Meanwhile the guy I DID talk to was sitting there sheepishly not saying anything. They were completely unapologetic. If you screw up, just say sorry. Bunch of jerks
