I had a disappointing experience with the cleaning service I recently hired. The attention to detail was lacking, and some areas in my home were overlooked entirely. Communication was also a challenge. it took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries. While I appreciate the effort, the overall quality did not meet my expectations, and I would need to reassess before considering another appointment.
