Oh my where do I start! We traded a vehicle with them. They tell us it ll take up 3 weeks to get our paperwork and would provide us the 2nd key and clicker with that paperwork since the first one had disappeared. Well over 3 weeks later, 3 trips to the dealership, and throwing a fit we FINALLY got our paperwork. Low and behold, no 2nd key and clicker with the paperwork! They act like they don t even know anything about having to provide a 2nd one. Well...after 3 people searching the property, no 2nd key and clicker. We were told they would have to just make us a key, and should be able to do it within a couple of days. Well...a couple of days later we go to get the key made and find out they don t have that kind of key in stock but it s ordered. Should be in in a couple of days. Well...a couple of days later, we go to get the key made and the shipment wasn t in and would be Monday. We did manage to get the clicker though!!! We FINALLY get the key...but...I find out the check they sent in to the place the other vehicle loan was at wasn t enough. I had to throw ANOTHER fit to get that issue resolved!!! Then...we realized they completely messed up the address on our title. They are VERY unorganized and I wouldn t trust them with NOTHING!!!
