I had an overall average experience with Ideal Design, LLC. The website, idealdesignhomes.com, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff was polite but seemed somewhat disinterested in addressing my concerns. Despite this, I was satisfied with the end result of their work.
