Review of Crossfit Lakewood

A group of friends and I were in CO for a few days...

A group of friends and I were in CO for a few days from Houston TX and found CF Lakewood to be neaby. This is one very nice & CLEAN gym! the coaches & members were very welcoming, programming was great & the warmup was fun. We had so much fun Friday that we came back again for the saturday wod w/ 2 more friends from HTX! I recommend this place for all in the area looking for good place to drop in. We will be back here the next time we visit!
