I had an average experience with Charlemagne International Travel Service. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall trip was not as exciting as I had hoped. The itinerary could have been more diverse and the accommodations were just okay. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I won't be recommending them to my friends.
