I have been a customer of Gwinnett Federal Credit Union for several years now and I must say, their services are average. I haven't had any major issues, but I also haven't had any exceptional experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes the wait times can be a bit long. Overall, I would rate them as an average credit union.
