I've been going to this yoga studio for a few months now and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The instructors are top-notch and really know their stuff. They're able to modify poses to accommodate different abilities, which I really appreciate. The website is easy to navigate and has all the information I need. I can't recommend Third i yoga enough!
