Dont deal business with Tina unless you plan on wanting call her everyday so she can get back with you. its a horrible struggle. Your paying the bank and her for crying out loud, at least pick up the phone. also work on the customer Communication because i PROMISE you MY INTERNET isn't the reason why my bank app wont work.
