My experience with Network Embroidery, LTD was somewhat mixed. On one hand, the quality of their embroidery work was amazing. The attention to detail and precision in stitching were impressive. However, the customer service could have been better. There were a few instances where my emails were not promptly responded to, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, I would still recommend them for their high-quality work.
