I unfortunately was misguided by the Eater labeling this one of "SF s Hottest Cocktail Bars, June 2018." They talk about the "passport menu" and upstairs bar. We were shuffled downstairs because there was no bartender upstairs. It was Happy Hour, but we weren't given HH menus or a "passport menu." We ordered food but they never brought it. The bill was $33 for two drinks, which were delicious. Overall, it was kind of lame - which I would expect from a Jazz Club at Happy Hour, but Eater had steered me towards a different expectation. I look forward to going back for some late night jazz fun.
