My wife entered into a verbal agreement with Vittoria Garrafa who works for Island Real Estate in which after our transaction was complete she told me she didn't remember making (complete lie) and then her boss (Island Real Estate owner Arun Jagtiani) sent me this..."This is business, comparing your own rookie mistakes to being a victim of a home invasion is offensive and just a really stupid suggestion on your part...even if what you are saying is true and Vittoria is in fact lying about what was agree upon, its your own fault...please be mature enough to accept your mistake without trying to tarnish everyone else's credibility." Don't use them ever!

P.S. - Extortion is demanding money not due to you. If you pay for a cheeseburger and they don't give you a cheeseburger and you request your money back or you will badmouth the restaurant that is not extortion...so naive. We had a verbal agreement with Vittoria. She broke the verbal promise and their company says since we have no legal proof they wouldn't pay. Again, don't trust the word of these people. If you can't trust their word, you can't trust them with your money. FACT: "EVEN IF SHE IS LYING ITS YOUR FAULT." only a scam artist would say that.
