I wanted to make a formal complaint about the way of selling that the commercials of Editorial Planeta Grandes Publicaciones S.A have, I am not saying that they are all, but the vast majority. I hope they are not taught by the company, in these fraudulent and mean arts they use. Not everything goes, gentlemen, you cannot fool older people who have little money, people with illness, people who barely know how to read, simply using mean and blackmailing sales techniques.
