I had a mixed experience with Screen Industry Art Inc. While their website is well-designed and the range of products is impressive, the customer service left much to be desired. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team, and when I finally did, the assistance provided was not satisfactory. The quality of the products I received was good, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement in their customer service department.
