Be very careful - you can get scammed. They have shown us one apartment, which we agreed to rent, but in the end of the end through manipulations rented out to us the apartment next to one we have chosen.

Also, you might be overpaying the agency fee (they offer one fee - 1500 AED per apartment, later pushed out of us 3300 AED more).

Agent Harry White offered to "pay for first meal in the residence", was this a joke? We have rented out 2 properties for 153000 AED and you offer a meal as a compensation?

Generally, very unprofessional company. Very unhappy.
