I had a very average experience with Peltier Technical Services Inc. Their website was functional but not very user-friendly. The services they offered were okay, but nothing exceptional. I found the customer support to be lacking, as it took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I wouldn't say they're bad, but they definitely have room for improvement.
