I've been a customer of Verlag die werkstatt for a few years now and I have to say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. There have been a few instances where I received damaged items and had to go through the hassle of returning them. Their customer support is responsive, but not always able to resolve my issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
