I had a mixed experience with TicketSms. While the website is user-friendly and the booking process is quick, the customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my query, which was frustrating. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate TicketSms as average.
