I recently purchased a glass memorial from Artful Ashes Limited, and I have mixed feelings about it. While the craftsmanship is good, the colors are not as vibrant as I expected. The customer service was average, nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an okay product, but I think there might be better options out there.
