I have been going to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa for many years now. Ellen Tackett has been my service advisor and if there were more stars to give on this review she would get them all. I have been more than pleased with the service to my vehicle but what makes the difference is Ellen. She provides great customer service and in my time of need, should something happen or should my vehicle need attention because of a trip or emergency, she finds a way to take care of me. Ellen is responsive, her follow-up is flawless and so professional. MB is fortunate to have her represent them to their customers. While a brand like Mercedes has a reputation to maintain, it is the people who interact with their customers who execute on the promise of that brand. Ellen Tackett goes beyond that for me and I have seen her with other customers as well.
