I had a termite problem in my house, so I contacted a local pest control company. They efficiently got rid of the termites, but their service was overall average. Although they solved the issue, I didn't feel they went above and beyond. They could have been more thorough in their inspection and provided better recommendations to prevent future infestations. The technicians were polite and arrived on time, but there wasn't anything exceptional about their service. I'm relieved that the termites are gone, but I expected a bit more for the price I paid.
