I had a mixed experience with the Global alliance for patient and public safety. While their website was user-friendly and informative, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I had difficulty getting in touch with a representative and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. On the positive side, their commitment to patient safety is commendable and their efforts to educate the public are appreciable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
