The overall experience with Moon＆Earth was average. I found their website easy to navigate and their products were of good quality. However, their customer service could use some improvement. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. I would consider purchasing from them again in the future, but only if they improve their customer service.
