As per knowledge IBM company is to so good but where is IBM Projects is going on there is so worst place and management is so poor, From last 4 years i am working in IBM Project but there is many chance to improve my self but manger and management to bad and IBM manager and his boss just make money him self, and the here Creative in his under and with creative the cheat client and his BOss.
Because of that i am given me only 1 star and request to IBM management in Pune and Head office pls look in to and replace the Manger at your Current Projects, Please look in to your Projects where u giving services from 15 years.
we are also part of IBM member ( we are contract person but we are working for you only and put our 100% efforts.

If my spelling is mistake pls guide me.
