Excellent customer service, enjoy the rewards program, like the variety of machines (still have older style mixed with newer machines), they exchange coins at no fee, would stay in hotel most definitely because how luxurious even the classic king feels, they're 24 hrs.

I decided against 5 star due to the floor maintenance workers unnecessarily invading personal space to grab and empty ashtrays that only have one cigarette button sometimes or grab a drink (reaching over you!) That you're still drinking.
