I had a mixed experience with CSI Group. The team was helpful and the overall service was good, but there were a few issues with the communication. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries, and there were some misunderstandings along the way. However, they were able to resolve the issues eventually. Overall, I would rate them as average.
