Never used the service. One of their trucks just about ran me off the road - luckily I was actually paying attention and was able to swerve out of the way. He then proceeded to speed up to about 30 miles OVER the speed limit, cutting off another car, and then having to slam on his brakes to avoid rear-ending a third.

If their drivers are this horrible, I'd hate to see what kind of service they provide.
