Honestly one of the easiest company's to "get started" with, but one of the most difficult "to work with". I have been problemsolving with this company for nearly a year now trying to get my retirement account squared away. customer service is often times too busy to answer my calls and i get prompted to leave my number and a brief message only to be given a call back at 7pm during dinner time. This company needs a huge overhaul with customer service. I also reached out to our supposed rep Bruce Weinstein but upon answering he merely redirected me to customer service. Very frustrating.
