I've been renting through Pivotic properties for a few months now and overall, my experience has been good. The staff is friendly and professional. The property I am renting is satisfactory, although there have been a few minor maintenance issues. However, these were resolved in a reasonable amount of time. I would consider Pivotic properties as an average property management company.
