Make sure you specify exact delivery date. Won't be recommending to anyone.
Ordered kitchen for a date, kitchen fitter booked in for that week, the kitchen fitter arrived sat waiting no kitchen arrived so I rang up to be told it was a week commencing delivery date and kitchen was still in production. I said we needed the kitchen because we moved into new home and it didn't have a kitchen, customer service didn't seem interested. Rang back several times today (friday) last time was 16.55 to be told still couldn't confirm if it would be delivered this weekend. I asked if it is to be delivered could they make sure it was first drop off so I didn't have kitchen fitters(now on double time) sat around waiting. Was told it would be first drop. Felt totally fobbed off and very upset and disappointed, have since had email saying delivery will be tomorrow (Saturday) but a pm delivery.
Really hope the quality of the manufacture is 100% better than customer service.
