CUSTOMER participated in a workshop organized by Sysadmin Workshop. The instructors were knowledgeable and covered the topics in a systematic manner. The course materials were informative and well-presented. However, I felt that there was limited opportunity for interaction and engagement with the instructors and other participants. Overall, it was an average learning experience.
