I recently attended a performance by a youth symphony and it was truly amazing. The talent of these young musicians is astounding. The organization behind it all seems to be doing a great job. The attention to detail and the dedication to nurturing young talent is evident. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in supporting the arts and encouraging young musicians.
