23 Marketing representatives came into my place of employment while I was on the clock, gave me a sales pitch, and conned me into switching my cellphone plan from Verizon to T-mobile, promising they would pay my termination fees, and I would be saving money. After switching, they did not pay my termination fees and I was forced to pay my t-mobile cell phone bill AND over $800 in cancellation fees from Verizon. I was finally able to convince Verizon to take me back onto my plan, since my service with t-mobile was terrible, and I went into a t-mobile store to cancel my plan. I was told that the plan 23 marketing signed me up for was more expensive than any in-house plan, but I could cancel my subscription without repercussion. Six months later, I receive a letter from "Telecom Management Associates" with a bill for $800 for early termination fees. I sent dozens of emails and was told they were "looking into it", but nothing was ever done. 23 marketing gave me a false sales pitch and cost me over $2000.
