Had the worst experience ever at this dealership. They gave me a quote over the phone and then when we showed up, they quoted us $2000 more for a sun package for when the paint chips on THEIR cars. So then we get the price back to what they initially quoted us for and the APR for their financing was way higher than what I was preapproved for from my bank. Then, we see the car and there is stains in the backseat and they might be able to get them out. Then, we look at the CARFAX and the paperwork and they gave us ALL the wrong paperwork. It was literally the info for a DIFFERENT car. And they tried to say it was the same info for the same car and give excuses why the mileage is 1200 miles more. And then we call them out for it and suddenly oh yeah it s a mistake? And then Tommy Chills Tsilionis, who lied about his name being Trey, comes over and with the most condescending voice gives us a runaround answer to who owned the vehicle prior. Instead of just telling us. Left feeling completely disrespected. I would pay more just to not go back to this dealership. I was ready to pay for the car on the spot. We loved a RAV4 for another purchase but we will definitely be searching elsewhere. They were dishonest and misleading about EVERYTHING.
