My now wife went in to get a lease after recovering from a recent surgery fighting Cancer. They gave her a really bad deal on a lease in May 17, 2013. On top of her really bad deal they sold her an extended warranty to cover the vehicle's repairs through out the life of the lease. Which they have not honored. She has called several times in the last 2 1/2 years to have repairs done on the vehicle. At least twice I stood by casually while she had her phone on speaker and their service writers tell her the vehicle was no longer under warranty and any costs for repair would be out of pocket on top of a 105 dollar diagnostic fee. Wow I have done business with and worked at several dealerships in my life. None of them did business this way. When I get a chance to look at the paper work and confront them on the issue they were argumentative and mainly used conjecture instead of facts. I am more than willing to take a polygraph on what I heard while my wife spoke to a service writer at keffer tell her she was not covered and she would have to pay for repairs. Well you know when you pay for an extended contract to cover a leased vehicle for the life of that vehicle that is exactly what a person should receive. As far as I am concerned their ass has no class. If you are a lady and god forbid you get breast cancer what ever you do avoid this place like the plague. They will screw you.
