I recently visited a medical day spa in Chapel Hill and had an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The staff at the spa were polite and professional, but I found the atmosphere to be a bit clinical and lacking in warmth. The treatments I received were satisfactory, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond in terms of quality or customization. Additionally, I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to other spas in the area. The spa did offer some unique services that I haven't seen elsewhere, which was a plus. While my visit was not exceptional, it was still a decent experience.
