I've been a customer of Tidewater utilities, inc. for several years now and I can confidently say that their service is average. While they do provide reliable water and wastewater services, there is certainly room for improvement. The customer support team is responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would say Tidewater utilities, inc. is just an average utility company.
