As a parent who had to utilize the services, I found the support to be a lifesaver during a difficult time. The staff was understanding and empathetic, making us feel like we were part of a caring community. However, I wish the facilities were a bit more updated and clean. The proximity to the hospital was a huge relief, and having a place to rest and regroup was invaluable. It would have been helpful if there were more organized activities or resources available for families staying long-term. Overall, our experience was average, and while there is room for improvement, the charity definitely made a positive impact during a challenging period. 🏠👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
