I recently visited this gastroenterology practice and found the staff to be knowledgeable and attentive. The doctor took the time to explain my condition in detail and answered all my questions. However, scheduling an appointment was a bit challenging, and I had to wait longer than expected at the office. The website was informative, but it could be more user-friendly. Overall, the experience was average. I would recommend more streamlined appointment booking and a more intuitive website to enhance the customer experience.👍
